Position Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the home-buying journey, from initial visit to closing and beyond. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to generate and manage leads through referrals, realtor partnerships, networking events, and company marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and manage daily operations of a model home
- Generate leads through networking, community events, and realtor relationships
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Educate buyers on available homes, pricing, and incentive programs
- Prepare and process purchase agreements and related documentation
- Track prospects and sales activity in the company CRM
- Maintain current knowledge of RNL Homes products and local market competition
Schedule
Wednesday–Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays as needed based on client demand.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience (new home or retail sales preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tablet technology
- Real estate license not required (must be inactive if currently licensed)
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, work indoors and outdoors, operate computer equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
